"Jason was on time.  They took care to remove anything that might get damaged.  While only contracted for the house and attached garage, they also did the shed and the mold-covered patio & stairs without any extra charge.  Everything came out great.   It took the crew of two about 2 1/2 hours to complete.  Given that I have a lot of northern exposure and shade which encourages the mold, I plan on using JJJ on  a regular basis.  It should be noted that the price was reduced due to a special on Angie's List and is normally a little under $200. = still well worth it.
