Dan provided us with outstanding work in redoing our bathrooms (2) and other areas within our home. We had for years plan on addressing Sheetrock issues that has impacted our bathrooms, ceilings in the family room and kitchen. Dan was able to rectify these issues which included repainting the ceilings in various areas. The work was so well done that you could not tell any difference from the original ceiling areas. Additionally, Dan repaired our back deck with the replacing damage boards. We are grateful to Dan and Chris for their professional and pleasant work relationship we encountered. We will be using Dan Armstrong for future projects.

Dan went above and beyond in what I had expected to get accomplished. It was the extra mile that Dan and his guy Chris went in order to make my basement look brand new. This included installing and framing a new door and framing a window. He also fixed all the other little things that weren't originally something i had asked for! We have used Arnold Improvements for three projects--installing bathroom and kitchen counters to include plumbing hookup, installation of French doors, and a bathroom makeover to include tile flooring and a tiled bathroom. He provided very competitive estimates, finished the jobs within the quotes and on time. He delivered on everything he promised. The quality of work was excellent and he took the time to do the job right. We would have no problem in having Dan return for a 4th project.

Dan was meticulous and made sure the jobs got done right. He was very cordial and polite throughout. He kept me updated with each project throughout the day and even went out of his way to quote a project completely separate from the jobs he was there for. I highly recommend Dan and his services. Dan came out before snow storm and stayed until job was complete. He got all my cabinets hung up even though I had misordered one of them, he made it look like good!

We had a major leak in our kitchen (from the ice maker supply line). Once the remediation service from the insurance company had completed the demo and dried everything out, we needed new subfloor, flooring, base cabinets and drywall. Dan was very responsive and professional. He reviewed the adjustor's quote, worked with me on upgrades that were needed and came in at a very reasonable rate. He brought in a very talented cabinet-maker who was able to create the base cabinet boxes and re-use the existing cabinet doors and drawer-fronts (perfectly matching the color of the upper cabinets). His team did excellent work on the drywall repair and painting (taping was done very professionally)! Once we selected our tile, Dan coordinated the schedule with Flooring America - making sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. Bottom line - we had a beautifully restored kitchen in plenty of time for the holiday season. I would highly recommend Dan and his team and will not hesitate to call on Arnold Improvements for future projects.

September 2015. Dan Arnold did the work himself. Made sure that it was "Just Right" before completing. I have already asked Dan for estimates for some other House Repair Projects that I would like to complete later this year.
