He and his tree climber, Jarrod, did a beautiful, thorough job of removing a couple of trees and pruning many of the rest in our tree grove. "The company showed up on time, gave me a quote we agreed upon and set a date for Tuesday 10/7. Today he was supposed to visit my home to stake out the job for Dig Safeget his 50% deposit. Knowing that I was scheduled for the work to be done, I ripped out 500sf of lawn out to prep for part of the work. Today he was a no show no call for our scheduled visit that he agreed upon. He only responded after I had sent a text to find out where he was. This is what I got: ?Sorry had a guy from NH call saying he wanted 12 acres cleared went there and he paid 45,000 on the spot so where here for the next 4 weeks. It may be to late by than in the season. And like I said before its who gives me deposit first gets locked in for next available date.? This guy didn?t think I was even important enough to contact me and let me know; as for the deposit process he noted it?s a bold faced lie it was never discussed. DON?T GIVE THIS GUY YOUR HARD MONEY, HE PUT ME IN A TERRIBLE POSITION; HIRE SOMEONE ELSE."

"Ince my install date was confirmed, I was told that the crew would be out between 9-10a on Monday 6/1. Promptly at 9am Ramon and Giovanni arrived and began getting set up. I was introduced to both of them and brought them down to where the control box was going to be installed. From there, they were off to work. They were super efficient, super professional and very neat. Anything they touched or moved, they put back. They were done within a few hours and gave me a quick tutorial on the controller before going out and checking the system and the directions of the sprinkler heads one last time. I was beyond impressed and very happy I made the decision to use YardWorks. "
