I have worked with several sprinkler irrigation companies through the years, and I was extremely pleased with the job that Richie and Rick from Lisco recently did for me. Some companies only want to show up to turn on the system and turn it off, and getting them to do repairs is sometimes a challenge, or they have excuses why improvements cannot be made. These sprinkler repair technicians listened to me and addressed my specific areas of concern about one broken sprinkler head, one malfunctioning head, and two zones that needed some adjusting. They discovered a leak in a pipe that explained the weak performance of one zone, and also fixed that. The work that Richie and Rick from Lisco did, in combination with my recent upgrade to a stronger pump (after the last company did not properly drain it and I had to replace it after the winter), has resulted in my sprinkler system performing at its best level yet. I am very pleased. The total cost of all the repairs and replacing sprinkler heads, and the two technicians working a little over one hour was $241 which I thought was reasonable. Great job Lisco!

Excellent service. Guys showed up to winterize our sprinklers, were in and out and billed as expected. Will be looking forward to using them for spring and fall maintenance and any sprinkler issues.

From the moment I met Dave for a quote, to the final handshake with Mark after my install, they exceeded my expectations. I knew what they were going to do, when it would be done, who would be involved, and what my pricing options were before they stuck a shovel in my lawn. If you are looking for a comprehensive, hassle free, professional irrigation solution, you should seriously consider Lisco. There may be others who are a few hundred bucks less, but you get what you pay for. I paid for worry free, and I got exactly that.

I called Lisco, and they came out within two weeks, and fixed the back yard, driveway and the front yard. They were able to close off the line to the pool. The conduit went from my house to the filter approximately 30 feet. The line for the irrigation system was pulled out the same distance. They explained every thing that they were going to do with the lines so that I understood and agreed. Extremely honest and professional. I've been using them for three years now. Lessons learned from a new pool owner. Have your irrigation system re-routed before you have the pool installed. I thought I lost the system.

"Service was scheduled for 6/22 Personally went be the clients house day before to check out project, meet with wife and explained that between weather and a conflict we could not do the service on 6/22 as scheduled, but would be able to in a couple of days. All seemed fine. [Member name removed]called night of 6/[Member Information Removed] to ask what was up and we returned the call on 6/22 after the office opened. Now answering this complaint 7:00AM 6/24. Do not know what the problem is or the work completed date comes from, other than rescheduling as we have not preformed any work on this property"

Owner and whom ever replies to the emails talks to you like your an idiot and your suppose to know everything they know about irrigation insulation. 2 days after insulation I notified them of areas not being covered with water and it somehow became my fault. Owner tries to nickel and dime you to install more services. The guys who did the installation were nice, not complaining about them. $2,100.00 spent and I still have to water using a hose.

"We installed Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s irrigation system per the proposal that he signed, specifying that Lisco was to irrigate all lawn areas. We planned to meet with him after the installation to review the system with him, but before we could get there he was already complaining. He complained of dry areas after running the system for only 2 minutes per zone, which is not nearly enough time to thoroughly water the lawn. We have tried working with him to address and resolve his complaints, but he has not answered us. We have already scheduled installation of additional sprinkler heads at NO ADDITIONAL COST to Mr. [Member Name Removed], but he has not answered our calls or emails to confirm this appointment. He claims he spent $2100.00 but to date he has made only a small deposit. Update: this customer has paid for the installation, and we have done all the post-installation adjustments he required at no charge. We continue to try to contact Mr. [Member Name Removed], but he seems to be ignoring our attempts. Update: this customer has since paid for the installation and we also resolved the issues he had with us. When we were finished, he said he was happy with the results."

I sought estimates from two companies & Lisco came in substantially lower than the other estimate -- while seeming more professional. After the initial estimate acceptance, irrigation team showed up as scheduled and installed entire irrigation system in a day. The lawn took some abuse in the process -- as expected -- but it hardly shows & the team was generally very careful to minimize damage as much as possible. They closed all trenches, smoothed any bare soil & re-seeded where necessary. Very thorough, walking me through the controller operation twice.

Lisco staff was easy to work with, responsive, and knowledgeable! Our pump malfunctioned after a few months and Dave and his crew were immediately available to replace it! It was a pleasure to work with the Lisco team and we highly recommend them for any lawn irrigation installation project

Dave came out and gave me a quote when he said he would. At the quote he told me he wouldn't be the cheapest because he has higher overhead because he maintains an office staff to always answer phones, etc. He was wrong though! Lisco's quote was the cheapest (next closest quote was $2800). Of the three other contractors that came out, one told me flat out he couldn't do it because it would be too tough to get to the water main and I had too many concrete walkways to bury the lines. The other two guys told me it was going to be tough and they didn't project any kind of confidence like Dave did. He told me it would be tough but he routinely does these installs and not to worry. He was right. They installed it in about 6 hours and the install went perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend Lisco especially for more difficult installations where you may have gotten a really high quote or were told it couldn't be done.
