You hire professionals to use the proper equipment to do the job right. I hired them to aerate a 2000sq feet small yard and they used an attachment hooked up to the back of a riding mower and NOT A GAS POWERED CORE AERATOR TO DO THE JOB RIGHT LIKE A PROFESSIONAL LAWN CARE COMPANY WOULD DO. I watched as it bounced over the lawn and not aerate it. The driver had to stop to adjust the weights that were put on the back of the aerator which was a sign it was not the best of equipment. I was home and thought they would knock on my door to see if I was satisfied with the job when it was completed but they did not. I texted them that I was not satisfied with the job they did. They told me the aerator they use "USUALLY" does a good job and offered to come back again to fix the problem but when I asked them to use A GAS POWERED CORE AERATOR SO THE JOB COULD BE DONE RIGHT, they did not come back(DO YOU HIRE PROFESSIONALS TO USE EQUIPMENT THAT USUALLY DOES A GOOD A GOOD JOB?). AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If they do not have the equipment to do the job right and cannot do a simple job like aerating a lawn properly, you would be crazy to hire them to do a large job! 1 star is too high of a rating for the job they did.

These guys do a good job, their expensive, but their reliable. Their good guys, their trustworthy.
