"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

"Guy Clermont came out looked at hvac system and said it needed a new motor on May 28th. Said he have a motor in 1 week and asked fir his service fee plus 1/2 cost of new motor, which i paid. Affter no communication i call him and was told another 1.5 weeks since he changed suppliers. Then after numerous texts he agree to come on a Sunday to install new motor. He was a no show. I never heard from him until the Wednesday July 9th after me sending numerous texts and phone messages. He the made arrangements to come Monday July 14th almost 7 weeks from the start of the job. He was a no show again on the Monday. Finally I gave him an ultimatum 1. Give me my money back, give me the motor supposedly he had and I'd have someone else install or get to the house and complete the job. He said he'd be there Saturday, July 19th at 1000. I waited again and at 1015 he texted hed be there at 1200. At 1117 he venmoed me my money back. I believe he lead me on and never intended to do the job."
