They recommended installing a liner instead of cleaning the heating system flue, due to the extensive damage from the former oil furnace. Due to a significant crack on the crown of the chimney, they recommended a rubber crown coat sealer be applied prior to installing a cap. Quote was provided for all proposed work and they even texted me the photos they took of our chimney. Both technicians were courteous and friendly, worked very diligently and professionally.
