"Kevin and Brian are ver professional and knowledgeable. I purchased a home with an inground pool and thought it was not salvageable. I called many places and they all shot me down because the amount of work. They got to the niddy griddy and turned a 20 year old abandoned pool Into a backyard oasis. I strongly recommend Villa Pools."

"After challenges with other pool services, Joe and the Aria Pool people were a welcome change. They were professional, provided an appropriate estimate, performed the work well and in a timely fashion and made helpful suggestions. We were pleased with everything"

"We signed a contract to replace our liner with the salesman after he inspected our pool. We pointed out rust on the side walls. He said it wasn't a problem. When the workmen showed up they said the pool could not be repaired. I think the salesman should have done a better inspection. We were not charged so that was great customer service."

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

New constructions, renovations, and interior layouts benefit from expert drafting.

Yes, new home construction will always require building permits, no matter where you live. In most cases, you’ll need a general construction permit, along with plumbing and electrical permits for the utility lines in your home. Depending on where you live, you’ll likely find that you also need permits for things like connection to a sewage system or installing exterior components, like decks, driveways, patios, and curb cutouts. Leave navigating the permits required for new home construction to a professional to ensure your home is built legally and safely.

The small lines on the tape measure either indicate inches, fractions of an inch, or centimeters and millimeters. On the imperial unit side (aka the inches side), the longest lines indicate inches, followed by the next shortest lines that indicate a half-inch, and then the quarter, eighth, and sixteenth-inch. On the metric side, the lines break down meters, centimeters, and millimeters.

If a buyer pays for a survey, the surveyor they hired will only provide results to them. It’s up to the buyer whether they share the survey results with the seller or not, even if they ultimately walk away from the deal. It’s considered good faith to share the results with the seller, though, especially if you back out of the deal, as the seller can then provide that survey to future interested parties.

Costs depend on material quality, labor rates, and additional features like lighting or custom finishes.
