"I hired this company last year to fix my sink, and they did such a good job I rehired them to replace my toilets. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of service this time around. The toilets were not placed in bags when removed so the blue toilet cleaner water sprayed all over my walls and dripped on my beige carpets. I spent most of my morning trying to clean the mess. The serviceman also left all the blue water on my neighbors driveway (I am in a condo) which froze over. The lack of care and cleanliness made the entire experience stressful. The guy came back to clean it but there was not much he could do. The two more experienced servicemen came over the next day to adjust the water levels because the toilets were not flushing much down. The men were very nice and polite but after this ordeal, I will not be hiring this company again."
