"The project went great, from the first phone call to the end of the job. We were called a day before to confirm the arrival time, and the work crew arrived on schedule. It turned out they had some additional material from a previous job that day, so they actually repaired a bit more of the wall than had been agreed on, which we really appreciated. When we originally scheduled the job, we were given information on other services that Pioneer Basement provides, but at no time were we given any sales pitches. "Nature Redesign tackled my stone paver walkways (one in front and then in my backyard), stone paver patio and stone paver air conditioning pad. This project was not an easy one. They had to dig up my old broken and cracked concrete patio and ac pad without the use of machinery (old fashion hard labor) move the stones that make up my entire backyard (what we call a Arizona yard-no grass) to lay the stone pavers for the walkway and remove the concrete from the front walkway (again all hard labor). They did not shy away from this job where others did. Joe promised to get my old concrete ac pad removed and install the new one prior to the installation of my new ac unit. He kept his promise and completed all of the jobs within a week. My backyard now looks park like. I would definitely hire Joe/Nature Redesign for my hardscape/landscape projects and recommend him too."

"My bathtub drain was clogged. Unfortunately, my trusted plumber of many years had retired and moved away. I looked around on the internet and somewhat randomly chose Fellowship Plumbing & Mechanical to call. Kyle showed up the next day and went to work with his power auger. Unfortunately, the bath being on the second floor resulting in lots of pipe twists and turns, the auger was unable to make the turns required to unclog the trap. The possibility now came up that he might have to come up through the ceiling on the first floor to unclog the pipe. That would have likely resulted in damage to the kitchen cabinets. So the possibility was there that this would cost me many thousand of dollars and great inconvenience. But "Wait" Kyle said, "I've got one last chance possibility". He left my house and returned a while later with a chemical only available to contractors. After 15 minutes or so, I heard a gasp of joy and the pipe was unclogged. The water is now draining at a rate not seen in years. Kyle recommended that I replace the bathtub drain strainer cover with a hair catcher strainer, which I have done. So, hopefully, I won't need a plumber in the foreseeable future, but if I do, I'll definitely call Fellowship Plumbing & Mechanical."
