The greenhouse was a large glass structure, and there was no way it was able to be removed from the foundation. Kevin came up with an innovative approach to save our structure! He was able to give me firm estimate after the first visit and performed the work without issue. He took the time to make sure the work was done properly and even spent extra time making sure the final appearance was neat and transitioned smoothly. He takes pride in his work and it shows. I am already planning on hiring Kevin again for more projects."

It turned out they had some additional material from a previous job that day, so they actually repaired a bit more of the wall than had been agreed on, which we really appreciated. When we originally scheduled the job, we were given information on other services that Pioneer Basement provides, but at no time were we given any sales pitches. "I was looking for a plumber to help out my mom at her condo. Her garbage disposal was not working and her sink was clogged. I drove Josh (the owner) crazy with back and forth phone calls. He was extremely busy but took the time to respond to all my calls. He is really a stand up guy! He made a few minutes to swing by and look at my moms kitchen sink. He identified the issue and fixed it right away. We will be purchasing a new dishwasher in the next few weeks and Josh will be the go to guy to do the job. He was a very nice guy, and very respectful to my mom. I highly recommend this guy. He is very hard working, courteous and honest. (That is very hard to find!) 5 stars across the board."
