"Incredible customer service!! Renato is so nice, and responsive. Always answers text and comes every day until finished. Renato came right away to give a quote and provided a fair price. He is very knowledgable and helpful. Renato and his crew put a tile floor and backsplash in my kitchen. A tile backsplash in my master bath with a matching tile above my shower. They also put wainscoting in the master bathroom. An absolute pleasure to work with and everything looks beautiful!! Very patient to answer questions. They really aim to please!! They show up daily until the job is complete, and clean up when leaving. Could not ask for a better experience. We would definitely hire again."

"Santino was great! I had some issues with the door that was initially installed and I explained what needed to be re-done and he came back right away and corrected the problem. Excellent customer service. The quote for the job sounded ok to me so I went with them. Glad I did. They will be my go to team for all my needs."

"Flavio is an artist with tiles and enjoys his work. He and his wife were very professional and fair. They had a written contract that they were willing to negotiate reasonably. He and his crew showed up when they said they would cleaned up after their work . He returned extra tiles to the store to save me money and showed receipts.Over all a pleasure to work with."

"I cannot say enough good things about this company. I've done a lot of work in my house, and this is the best vendor I have worked with. I went into the shop to look at some samples, and I didn't find exactly what I wanted. I emailed a picture from online to Ken, who brought similar samples out to my house. I was able to find exactly what I wanted. The product is LVT.. luxury vinyl tile, and it is superb. Everyone thinks it's real ceramic tile. I've had it for 9 months now, in a very high traffic area and it looks as good as it did on day one. The installation was impeccable. Eddie did a fantastic job. I'm amazed at the detail and the precision in places like corners and around molding. He even did some extras without charging, like putting up molding in the bathroom. What an awesome team this is!!!"

Backsplash Installation questions, answered by experts

To make a ceramic tile service safer in a Providence home, insist on lead-safe work practices, especially in houses built before 1978. Use plastic sheeting and HEPA filtration for dust control. For family safety, choose slip-resistant tiles for bathrooms and consider bullnose tiles with rounded edges in tight spaces. Securing the work area with baby gates keeps children and pets away from tools.

Helpful?

Providence's coastal climate significantly affects ceramic tile services. High summer humidity extends drying times for grout and adhesives, while dry indoor heat in winter can cause them to cure too quickly. For any exterior tile work, frost-resistant tiles are essential to withstand RI's freeze-thaw cycles. The best installation times are late spring and early fall to avoid these temperature and humidity extremes.

Helpful?

For minor ceramic tile service issues in Providence, you can clean grout with a pH-neutral cleaner or repair small grout cracks. Before scraping any surfaces in a pre-1978 home, test for lead paint. Always turn off power when working near outlets. Stop and call a professional for any electrical work, plumbing modifications, or if you discover extensive water damage or potential mold.

Helpful?

In Providence, be wary of unusually low quotes that may skip prep work needed for historic homes. Other red flags include door-to-door solicitors, cash-only payment demands, and pressure to sign a contract immediately. A reputable professional will provide local references and discuss necessary permits for your project, especially for bathroom renovations in historic districts, without being asked.

Helpful?

In Providence's older homes, a ceramic tile service can impact multiple systems. Watch for signs like water damage in adjacent rooms or cracks appearing during demolition. Your project may require electrical updates to meet code, especially for GFCI outlets in bathrooms. Older plumbing, common in the Federal Hill area, or structural settling in Victorian homes might also need to be addressed.
