"We hired Polion Flooring when we bought our house because my parents had used them years prior and been very happy with the results. The previous owners had foam tile in each of the bedrooms with no floor underneath. Bob was super responsive and provided a very reasonable estimate for the three bedrooms worth of work. He was able to come 3 days after our closing which was unheard of with other companies! We provided the flooring and they installed it in all three rooms within two days and even were willing to install baseboards that were missing in the other rooms for a small extra charge. They are professional, efficient, and very down to earth! I would 10/10 recommend them!"

I am very happy with the work and I am someone who cares about the details. I would hire them again without question and plan to for future projects. Claudio and his team removed an internal wall that was covered in built in book shelves to reconnect two rooms as originally intended when the house was built, redesigned around a fireplace, installed a wall, closed off a doorway and built a hall closet as part of the project, which also include electrical work, removing some floor brickwork and replacing it with wood to match the existing floor, which he did perfectly, and painting. Separately Claudioâ s team has also replaced and updated internal waterlines and external hose connections, replaced a bathroom vanity, sub-flooring, wallboard, and tile work."

"Herb was professional and worked for many hours until the job was done correctly. I am in the process of 100% redoing the bathroom studs-up, and needed a new fan installed. There was never one installed before, and Herb knew what to do to correctly and safely install the fan, vent hose, and the outside vent. He also took existing wiring that ran to an unused baseboard heater above the bathroom, cut the wire, installed a junction box, and ran new 12/2 wire throughout the bathroom, drilling through the wall studs to conceal the wire behind drywall. He installed a new GFCI outlet, a junction for a vanity light when I am ready to install one, and a switch for the fan and a switch for the vanity. I am satisfied with the results."

I went into the shop to look at some samples, and I didn't find exactly what I wanted. I emailed a picture from online to Ken, who brought similar samples out to my house. I was able to find exactly what I wanted. The product is LVT.. luxury vinyl tile, and it is superb. Everyone thinks it's real ceramic tile. I've had it for 9 months now, in a very high traffic area and it looks as good as it did on day one. The installation was impeccable. Eddie did a fantastic job. I'm amazed at the detail and the precision in places like corners and around molding. He even did some extras without charging, like putting up molding in the bathroom. What an awesome team this is!!!"

The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 is they delayed my install 2 weeks at the last minute due to lack of inventory. Don’t understand how the didn’t know level of inventory when the set the date."
