"We hired Polion Flooring when we bought our house because my parents had used them years prior and been very happy with the results. The previous owners had foam tile in each of the bedrooms with no floor underneath. Bob was super responsive and provided a very reasonable estimate for the three bedrooms worth of work. He was able to come 3 days after our closing which was unheard of with other companies! We provided the flooring and they installed it in all three rooms within two days and even were willing to install baseboards that were missing in the other rooms for a small extra charge. I went into the shop to look at some samples, and I didn't find exactly what I wanted. I emailed a picture from online to Ken, who brought similar samples out to my house. I was able to find exactly what I wanted. The product is LVT.. luxury vinyl tile, and it is superb. Everyone thinks it's real ceramic tile. I've had it for 9 months now, in a very high traffic area and it looks as good as it did on day one. The installation was impeccable. Eddie did a fantastic job. I'm amazed at the detail and the precision in places like corners and around molding. He even did some extras without charging, like putting up molding in the bathroom. "I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"
