"We hired Polion Flooring when we bought our house because my parents had used them years prior and been very happy with the results. The previous owners had foam tile in each of the bedrooms with no floor underneath. Bob was super responsive and provided a very reasonable estimate for the three bedrooms worth of work. He was able to come 3 days after our closing which was unheard of with other companies! We provided the flooring and they installed it in all three rooms within two days and even were willing to install baseboards that were missing in the other rooms for a small extra charge. Claudio and his team removed an internal wall that was covered in built in book shelves to reconnect two rooms as originally intended when the house was built, redesigned around a fireplace, installed a wall, closed off a doorway and built a hall closet as part of the project, which also include electrical work, removing some floor brickwork and replacing it with wood to match the existing floor, which he did perfectly, and painting. Separately Claudioâ s team has also replaced and updated internal waterlines and external hose connections, replaced a bathroom vanity, sub-flooring, wallboard, and tile work."
