Charged $175 to fix a section of gutter that was leaking, The first rain after completion, it leaked all over the porch. Not fixed. Charged $875 to sand, stain and put gloss on 10 stairs. he barely sanded and only put gloss on the stairs and not stain"

"Tito was terrific. He responded to my request for handyman services in less than 24hrs - AND showed up at my home the morning he contacted regarding the work request. Tito installed 3 ceiling hooks (to hang indoor plants) which was my original request. After he arrived, he was very accommodating and allowed me to add on some additional services - installation of 2 outdoor plant hangers as well as a replacement bidet for the toilet. The price for the plant hangers were very reasonable. The cost for installation of the bidet seemed a bit high since there was already one there and I've done one at my father's - it's pretty straight forward but I dont have the time to do my own. However, I was ok with that since he responded to me and arrived to do the work so quickly - as well as his flexibility to accommodate my additional requests. Because of this, we were too spooked to hire another “con”tracor and decided to try a service with a good reputation and warranty. I can not recommend ACE more highly. Our “handyman" Juan was skilled and super knowledgable with the HUGE project he was thrown into. He was on time, efficient and just a joy to deal with! By himself, Juan cleaned up the prior demo area, properly sealed the shower, installed a new shower bench/curbs and repaired the wall…he did everything but the painting, which we took care of. When they finally answered didn?t have a single idea who we were. The eventually came out, the work was good. But don?t believe the constant ?are we losing our deposit for nothing?, was worth it."
