Tito installed 3 ceiling hooks (to hang indoor plants) which was my original request. After he arrived, he was very accommodating and allowed me to add on some additional services - installation of 2 outdoor plant hangers as well as a replacement bidet for the toilet. The price for the plant hangers were very reasonable. The cost for installation of the bidet seemed a bit high since there was already one there and I've done one at my father's - it's pretty straight forward but I dont have the time to do my own. However, I was ok with that since he responded to me and arrived to do the work so quickly - as well as his flexibility to accommodate my additional requests. Because of this, we were too spooked to hire another “con”tracor and decided to try a service with a good reputation and warranty. I can not recommend ACE more highly. Our “handyman" Juan was skilled and super knowledgable with the HUGE project he was thrown into. He was on time, efficient and just a joy to deal with! By himself, Juan cleaned up the prior demo area, properly sealed the shower, installed a new shower bench/curbs and repaired the wall…he did everything but the painting, which we took care of.
