Mike and his team at Premier are exceptional. I hired them to remove the old oil burner and window air conditioners and replace them with heat pump systems. I received quotes from several companies but Mike and Premier were the only ones who offered me options based on their extensive expertise. It was clear from the beginning that they were skilled and knowledgeable about all aspects of HVAC. Iâ m very pleased with their installation and subsequent support with respect to filter change etc.

It was a pleasure meeting & having the owners Mike & Steve do a simple repair (vs trying to upsell more than what was needed). They did a great job replacing our central A/C Unit. They were professional and cleaned up after completing the installation. The price was affordable and they installed good quality equipment. I highly recommend.

I rarely leave reviews but these guys deserve it. Fantastic experience with Mike. He came rapidly, gave us a quote that was competitive with others to replace our upstairs AC unit. Scheduled the work faster than other companies, showed up on time, did the work they said they would do and completed the project on time. Communication was easy, rapid responses. I've never left a review before but felt the need to leave one for these guys. I hired Premier to install two new heat pump systems in two apartments in a property I'm renovating. I've worked with lots of contractors over the last year and gotten dozens of quotes from HVAC companies, but these guys were honestly incredible. HVAC can feel like such a black box but Mike and Steve really go above and beyond to help you understand why they are recommending a certain system, what the alternative options are, and the pros and cons of each. No one responded to my nonstop questions faster than Mike and Mike and Steve spent over an hour with me walking me through the house, explaining their install plan and making sure I was good with it. They also give you the same attention after they've won your business as they do when they're trying to win it (which is not always the case with some contractors), and they're very reasonably priced. Mike and Steve also completely saved my a .s.s. when temperatures dropped below -10. While they were at my house making sure the new heat pumps were working well in the sub zero temps, my water pipes in basement started to burst. Instead of just telling me to call a plumber, Mike and Steve stayed for the next 5 hours in the middle of the day on a Saturday cutting out and replacing the pipes as the areas that had burst started to spring leaks, making sure that as the water thawed there were no more leaks, and making sure that my tenants all had water before they left. They did not have to do this, but they did anyway. I can't recommend them enough. Anyone who needs HVAC work done should reach out to them.

We are extremely pleased with the mini split that premier heating and air installed in our home. From the beginning Mike was professional, personable , and efficient. He quickly sent us an estimate, and explained the process going forward. Their quote was fair and we decided to go ahead with the project. They installed everything in a day and a half and we couldnâ t be happier with the new system. They were so friendly and trustworthy as well as very neat.
