"Price to do three jobs was extremely high. However, I was desperate. I explained what I wanted done and either he didn't understand English enough to get it, or just is that inept. Charged $175 to fix a section of gutter that was leaking, The first rain after completion, it leaked all over the porch. Not fixed. Charged $875 to sand, stain and put gloss on 10 stairs. he barely sanded and only put gloss on the stairs and not stain"

Bob does excellent carpentry and finish work and is an extremely hard worker. He has also done wood gutter repair, cleaning and sealing, hung exterior doors and installed exterior wood railings for us. Our “handyman" Juan was skilled and super knowledgable with the HUGE project he was thrown into. He was on time, efficient and just a joy to deal with! By himself, Juan cleaned up the prior demo area, properly sealed the shower, installed a new shower bench/curbs and repaired the wall…he did everything but the painting, which we took care of.
