"We are a small company in East Providence that needed very overdue renovations to our building. The project called for totally gutting and rebuilding three bathrooms and a janitor's closet plus installing a new floor in our cafeteria. We spoke with several contractors but Flavio was our immediate choice. He understood the project and our budget. He was extremely helpful giving us suggestions that saved our budget but did not compromise the finished project. His crew and his subcontractors were all first rate. Overall, we could not be happier with the results. The bathrooms and other rooms look amazing. Most importantly, Flavio brought the job in at EXACTLY his quoted price. We recommend this contractor unequivocally."

"I hired Coustom Construction for an interior paint job for my whole house. I live in a raise ranch and they painted my living room, bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms along with 3 walk in closets. They were extremely professional and easy to work with. The best part about thier work was they were very clean from start to finish! I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for clean and efficient professional work."

"Scott & Matt did an outstanding job! They replaced a damaged fan vent and pipe. Quick service at a great rate. Paula G."

"Chad and his team did great work on my extensive renovation, from design and drawings through to completion within the planned schedule. My project included all new windows and siding, building an all new bay window, addition of a master bathroom and balcony, partial renovation of a second bath, refinishing outdoor deck and replacing all railings, adding HVAC, insulation, concrete poured in crawl space. His experience is an huge before that resulted in wise guidance on layout and materials as we made many decisions. All the subs were well managed and the timing went remarkably smoothly. Great working relationship, ensuring you are satisfied at each step. Highly recommend! See before and after exterior photos."

"Those guys were very good. The actual job was very professional. They've put paper down on all the floors and covered the furniture. They did an excellent job. The price was a little bit higher than the average guy, but I think they do a little extra stuff too to make sure it is done right and to make sure things are taken care of. They showed up when they said they were going to be there. They are guys that want to get it done right, so they do a good job."

"Exact Exteriors was wonderful to work with. They exceeded expectations, the project was on time and on budget. Communication regarding the project was particularly good. We would highly recommend this company."
