Bob tracks all of the tasks in the project: each line of action in the project requires plans, permits, skills, tools, materials, and arrangements. Bob’s contracts are clear and help to set expectations from the outset. Bob and his crew don’t hang about. They started work at 7:00 most mornings and left at 5:00. They worked steadily and quickly all day. They were courteous and considerate, even as they made a lot of noise. Bob kept us informed at every stage, and every day. He kept his attention on the project until it was done to our satisfaction, and that of the city’s inspectors."
