We’d like to start by saying if you are considering replacing your windows or re-siding your house, look no further than Vinyl Concepts. We just finished a major project at our home replacing every window and vinyl sided the entire house. After doing some research and getting 3 quotes, we decided to go with Vinyl Concepts. Signing with Vinyl Concepts was, by far, the best decision we very made for our home. Within a few short weeks, Chris and his team took our home from drab to truly a show place. I cannot imagine another firm being able to do this as well. Their attention to detail and pride in their work was incredible. The project started with stripping our entire house of the old clapboard, replacing all rotting wood underneath the old clapboard and basically bringing the house back to better than new. No other contractor would have gone to this level of care and professionalism, and the materials they used to protect and beautify our home was nothing but the best. We have had everyone from neighbors to delivery folks to complete strangers and even to our mail carrier stopping to take the time to let us know how beautiful our home had become. The bottom line is, I would not consider another firm for a similar project to ours.

I can’t say enough about them. They were extremely polite and accommodating once we got scheduled: worked moved quickly and he kept me informed along the way. The only snafu was a scheduling mishap in the beginning. Because replacing the windows meant being in the house, I had scheduled time out of work but they had to reschedule on me. He offered to take money off as a result. In the end, he gave me a new storm door free which they offered to do because mine needed repair. The work is absolutely beautiful! They reinstalled all lights and even went out of their way to put in a new doorbell on one door because the old one was so dated. At another point I was home and tripped a circuit breaker which wouldn’t rest and needed N electrician so he even called one for me who turned out to be top notch. Very reasonable in price, extremely professional and I am thrilled with the work. They were recommended by a co-worker who also couldn’t say enough about them and has recommended them to several people; all of which he said were thrilled with them. 110% recommend. I will also note that I did get two other quotes (sort of). One was higher and the other just kept asking what my budget was saying they would make it work.

I couldn't be happier with the work that was done on my house to install siding, windows, gutters, soffits and to redesign my front porch. Christian, Randy and Brian were professional and courteous and really down-to-earth. I was informed every step of the way what was being done and I never felt as though I couldn't ask questions. I will definitely be contacting Vinyl Concepts In in the future as the need arises for other projects around my house.

Last year I made a mistake and hired a horrible company to reside my house. Their detailed scope of work and endorsement on the Certainteed website belied a complete inability to do the job, and my house was totally botched. Vinyl Concepts was recommended to me by a consultant who works with the lawyer I had to hire to resolve the bad job. The consultant warned me, "No one likes to clean up someone else's mess; you're going to have a hard time getting someone to fix this." I also had PTSD from drunk texts and bullying behavior from the bad contractor. Well, fortunately Christian Sweet of Vinyl Concepts was willing to fix the botched job. I cannot say enough good things about Vinyl Concepts. Chris and his main partner Randy re-did the entire job the way it should have been done in the beginning. They fixed everything. Since I have learned a hard lesson about what a good vinyl installation should look like by seeing a bad one, I can say with certainty that they did an outstanding job. They replaced everything with all new materials. They are experts in vinyl installation, with the highest standards. They did everything the way it is supposed to be done: fresh Tyvek (always overlapped and taped), flashing tape around the windows and drip caps above, perfect installation of the vinyl panels, expert finish work on the PVC trim. They also did a good job keeping the work site tidy. If you're thinking of getting vinyl siding (or any work on your house, really), you should know that people highly skilled in the building trades are really hard to come by these days. My bad contractor subcontracted the work out to people who weren't trained and didn't really care (nor did he). The good thing about Vinyl Concepts is that Christian, the owner, is out there every day with a hammer doing the work himself. He is an expert, and obviously as the business owner, he has "skin the game." Randy his employee is a perfectionist... I don't think he is even capable of doing anything but the best work. I would use Vinyl Concepts again in an instant, and if I ever need new windows or doors, I'm calling Chris! Because of their excellent work, I can finally love my house again. My shattered faith has been restored. I highly recommend this company. For the record, the products installed were Certainteed Cedar Impressions Triple 5 Straight Edge Sawmill Shingles with solid PVC trim around all doors and at house corners.

I cannot say enough good things about Vinyl Concepts.  Chris was outstanding in his responsiveness and workmanship. I found this company through word of mouth and I'm so glad I chose them to do the work.  The final outcome of the siding and the window are beyond my expectations.  The attention to details on the outside of the house is hard to find in a service provider these days.  I'm extremely impressed with both the craftsmanship as well as the quality of the product that they choose to use.  I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to have siding or windows done.  Thank you Vinyl Concepts!

Went very well.  Completed vinyl siding of all 4 sides in about 5 working days (rained out 1 1/2 days in the middle of the job).  Chris was very professional and his team did a great job with the installation.

They used a subcontractor for the gutters, and they did a great job installing the new gutters after the siding was complete.

During the job Chris pointed out mold around one of the doors, and he installed a new door and storm door (I purchased and he installed).

We would do business again (although with vinyl siding, we don't expect to have to).

We recently purchased a fixer upper and have been doing many projects and Chris and his crew at Vinyl Concepts were excellent.    I wish he offered more services.  Chris has great communications on day to day activities which I have found lacking with many other contractors.  Chris reviewed the project thoroughly before providing an estimate and identified areas of rot and concern.  When it came time to repair them there was not a single request for extra money.  Their estimate was also lower than other estimates I received.  I felt very comfortable allowing Chris and Randy access to the house when needed even when I was not home.  We've gotten many compliments on the new exterior.  The few issues that did occur with a project of this scale were taken care of in a timely manner.

Called Christian up for a quote, he responded very well and he came over himself for the quote. I had other quotes and Christian's quote was very reasonable. He even threw in the gutters for free. He and his team were very professional and finished the work in just over a week. The quality is very good and he did a great job with the windows also. I would highly recommend Vinyl Concepts to anyone.

The house has been in our family for three generations - So I was a bit unsure about using vinyl siding. Christian was helpful in showing us a variety of products and options. The end result  - white shingle style - is gorgeous and we couldn't be happier.  (Doesn't even look like vinyl).
Christian is extremely professional. If he says he'll be there, he'll be there. He also made sure everything was completed to the highest standard. He helped clean-up some tree branches/gutters (without charging anything extra).  One of the better experiences we've had with a contractor.  Pricing was also very competitive.

He pulls a line on each row of roof shingles.  He's very detail orientated and works on the house like it is own.  He has very good pricing.  He is busy, because everyone loves him. He does a great job. The roof and the siding looks very sharp.  He's a great contractor.  I wish more contractors were like him.  He's referred me to other contractors, which were great as well.   

We needed all new siding on a home we recently purchased.  We gathered numerous quotes from both large and small companies as well as individual contractors.  One of the quotes came from Christian Sweet of Vinyl Concepts, who had come highly recommended from a homeowner we found in our area that had recently hired Christian to re side his home.  After meeting with Christian and discussing our options with him, we chose to hire him.  His punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail won us over.  His follow up was timely, he answered all our questions, and offered a very fair and competitive price.  
He was able to start our job earlier than originally promised, which we greatly appreciated.  Throughout the job the entire Vinyl Concepts crew was timely, professional, and courteous.  Christian maintained EXCELLENT communication with us on a regular basis, and the project was completed in the time frame promised.  His crew even put in a full day on a Saturday to keep the project on schedule after losing a weekday due to a snowstorm!  Christian was honest and up front with us through out the entire job and did not cut any corners.  
All in all, we were extremely pleased with both the quality of work, and the service offered by Vinyl Concepts.  Should we need any future siding work on any other homes, we would not hesitate to hire Vinyl Concepts again!

We replaced our garage door and wanted to replace the aluminum trim
around the garage door.  Chris came out to give us a quote on the job. 
We wanted to replace existing trim with an equal or better quality
product.  Chris asked questions, listened to what I had to say, and
clearly explained his ideas on the project.  I mentioned that while
gathering estimates from a couple of other companies, it had been
suggested to me to use a more expensive material to replace the existing
trim.  When I questioned Chris about it, he discouraged me from
spending the extra money unnecessarily, as he would be able to install a
quality product that would look "ten times better" than what was
currently there.  Well, Chris was right :)  He replaced the trim
yesterday, as promised, and even in the pouring rain!!  It does look
"ten times better" than it did before the trim was replaced.  My husband
and I inspected  the work again today (in the sun instead of a quick
peek in the pouring rain) and we agree that it looks fantastic!  The
work was completed and the price was right (best price quote too).  He
even pointed out to my husband that we needed to call the electric
company as he noticed the wire to the street is beginning to pull away
from the house.  A job well done.  We would not hesitate to hire him
again.

Cristin gave me a quote, set up a date to commence work, arrived on that date and completed the job that was quoted to me.
Vinyl Concepts had the ability to preform a job that was stress free for me the customer. In addition, the entire crew working on this project were respectful of my privacy, were on time every day they were expected and were no bother to me or my family at all. Over all A+. Very rear in this day and age.... Thanks Guys Great Job...

Chris gave us an estimate and then came back for a follow up visit to answer our questions.  We compared multiple estimates, and his offer was the most reasonable.  It was about half or a little less than half of what some of the big box stores gave estimates for.  They took care of the permit, were very professional, completed all work outlined in the contract with high quality and attention to detail, and communicated throughout the project which took 4 days to complete from start to finish.  They were friendly and had a good attitude while doing the work and left everything clean when they were finished.  They started on time each morning while working on the project.

I would definitely do business with them again, and my wife and I highly recommend them based on the quality of work, professionalism, and cost compared to their other competitors.
