When they arrived, I asked about how long the work would take, and they said 2 hours or less, and again, they achieved that. They left the work areas clean, and I went from having little to no water at times to having it back to normal. On the financial side, looking at the age of the previous pump, there was a big question of whether it would be covered by warranty, and the company worked with their supplier to end up having the new one covered! I was incredibly surprised, and only had to pay for labor. Clearly this company has very high regard for their customers, and they've just earned any of my future business."
