John Lemme came out on the earlier side of the time window I was given, and after his assessment, gave me a clear idea of what was going on, and what would be needed to fix it. Besides this, he was very friendly and professional. He stated that he'd have a crew out in a couple hours to begin work and, sure enough, they arrived in a couple hours. When they arrived, I asked about how long the work would take, and they said 2 hours or less, and again, they achieved that. They left the work areas clean, and I went from having little to no water at times to having it back to normal. On the financial side, looking at the age of the previous pump, there was a big question of whether it would be covered by warranty, and the company worked with their supplier to end up having the new one covered! I was incredibly surprised, and only had to pay for labor. Clearly this company has very high regard for their customers, and they've just earned any of my future business."

The leak was bad enough that a restoration company had to come in to repair the water damage. Kyle called ahead so the remediation company had all the information.
