"It took three visits as they sourced the problem , find parts and fix it for the least amount of money."

"They were great to work with. They did an oil to gas conversion and kept me informed of what was happening. Their customer service was the best I've seen so far. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone I know."

"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Great work ,scheduled and on time. Great quality work, will be coming back for a bathroom makeover. Demo and new install great price."

"Nelson and other crew members from LS were terrific. They arrived on schedule, were knowledgeable about plant materials and gardening, and were friendly and efficient. They left the site clean and the garden looks great."

"Pretty much went 100% as promised/scheduled, results are better than expected. Communication and coordination of project (including with sprinkler installer) went off without a hitch. Front walk installed by their expert looks great, they went above and beyond to make it perfect."

"Derek was punctual, courteous, determined and patient.  Everything went "as expected" while he installed the mount to the wall, but when it came time to actually putting the tv onto the mount, he ran into a bit of a "snag".  I know this sounds like a simple task, but removing the tv stand from the tv was probably the hardest part of the install.
There was no obvious way to remove the stand, so after several minutes of both Derek and my brother-in-law doing everything conceivable to remove it, they asked if I still had the manual.  Of course I couldn't find it (even after almost 20 minutes of searching) but I did find the box (which had the model number on it).   So Derek took to the internet.  He searched the entire directory of the company to find out how to remove the stand from a decades old tv.  It was so old that he had to go into the company's archives to discover that in order to get to where the stand was attached to the tv, 3 layers of coverings had to be removed.  I am sure that this install took Derek much longer than he had bargained for, yet he remained pleasant and professional the entire time.
**When I first purchased this Big Deal, I figured the price to be a fair price based on the time and labor I thought the install probably would require.  But considering all the time that Derek was there and all of the effort he put in to ensuring I was a happy customer, I now rate both the price and the entire experience as EXCELLENT.
