The estimate provided was accurate and the time-frame was adhered to. They gave me update photos to show any problem areas and before & after pictures. They were respectful of my property and left every area where they worked in my house spotless. I couldn't be more happy with my entire experience."

"The initial phone call was made to report a gas leak.  The technician was at the house within the half hour.  A complete inspection of the heating system (gas) was performed at that time.  It was determined the pilot light in the space heater located in the basement had gone out and the gas was leaking from it.  Later that evening there was still the smell of gas in the house.  Another phone call was made that night to All in One.  The owner, himself, responded to the call and arrived at the house at 11:00pm.  He worked on the lines performing a bubble test and found the cause of the smell.  Which was in the main line leading to the space heater and in various other spots.  He made the necessary repairs and left about one and a half hours later.  He restarted all the pilots lights and stayed until everything was functioning properly and to ensure the leaks were plugged.  I do not smell gas in the house at all.  I can now rest easily knowing the leak has been taking care of.

Air Conditioning questions, answered by experts

For the most part, you should leave your AC fan in “auto” mode so that it only runs during a heating or cooling cycle. Keeping it in this position uses less energy, which equals lower utility bills. However, there are some situations where it’s better to leave your AC fan on, including if you have allergies or there are lots of people in your home.

When faced with HVAC issues, it's best to begin by ensuring the thermostat settings are correct for either heating or cooling. If the system isn't responding, check the thermostat for proper function and power supply. It's also important to examine air filters, as clogged ones can decrease performance. Confirm the power supply to the system by checking the circuit breakers and fuses. If these basic steps fail to resolve the issue, contact an HVAC professional for a more detailed diagnosis and repair.

Yes, mini split systems cool equally as well as central air. While a central system circulates air throughout the entire home at the same temperature, a mini split system allows each room to be cooled or heated at different temperatures based on your own preferences. Hire a HVAC professional to determine which type of system is best for your home.

Not if you have a standard unit. Because portable AC units actually work to dehumidify the room, you’ll likely need to drain the unit from time to time—but you won’t have to put water into it. There is, however, another type of air conditioner called a swamp cooler that requires water to operate. If you have a swamp cooler, you may need to fill a reservoir with water and potentially ice. But a swamp cooler is different from a standard portable AC unit.

If you have central air conditioning, it’s fine to run your AC all day if that’s what you want—as long as the AC unit is in good condition. But if your AC runs constantly when you don’t want it to, there may be a problem with your system (like the ones we’ve mentioned above). Window AC units and wall air conditioners aren’t as powerful as central AC, so you should only run those kinds of air conditioners for eight to 12 hours at a time.
