Our Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator is 21 years old. A fan malfunctioned, leaving the refrigerator panel sizzling hot. Parts are no longer available, but CJS was able to find a fan for us. The cost for parts & service was more than fair and reasonable. He did mention that there might be another issue and to let him know in a day or two if the problem persisted. Within two days, Robert returned and diagnosed a faulty wire connected to the fan. After 21 years, wires can and do malfunction. He replaced the wire, which took about an hour, plus travel time, at no additional charge. I insisted on paying something for his time, but he refused. The level of service, honesty and integrity is worth noting. If only all the service people I called for various jobs around the house were as efficient, respectful, knowledgeable, and honest â ¦

Robert was very professional and friendly. He squeezed me in the day I called and was able to fix my refrigerator when he arrived. I had gotten other quotes and the price was far higher than his by around $100 IF I needed the part I thought I needed. But Robert was able to save me the cost of the part by patching the gasket and sealing it. I was thrilled at that as the gasket was quoted at $173 which is insane. All in all the repair cost was nominal and I am very pleased with the work that was done.

Robert came out when promised, within 2 days of contacting him. He quickly figured out the problem and explained what was needed to fix it. Since it required only the installation of a simple part, readily available, he showed us how to order the part and install it, saving us money by avoiding an additional service call. He also gave us helpful tips on getting the best performance out of the dishwasher. He was very professional and pleasant. Would use him again for sure.

Charged us to diagnose a problem. Had us order a part for the fridge which was not the problem since he incorrectly diagnose the problem. Told us he wont charge us the second time but lied and charged us again as he wouldn?t leave until he is paid. Fridge still did not work and he charged us again for his incorrect diagnosis. Then he called back and said he was going to come back and test with another item but never came. Now its junk since we are already out $300. Low rating for breaking his promise and incorrect diagnosis both times

Prompt & professional, cannot put a value on Robert’s knowledge and experience. He knew exactly what the issue was with our 3 yr old Samsung refrigerator in just a matter of minutes after looking at it. He was able to repair the issue in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost.
