John Morel came in almost one half the cost. The other company wanted to do extra things do do the job, seems that was to make it easier on him. John proved that it was not necessary. Although it was more work for them, John suggested an alternative approach to the job which resulted in a much more pleasing outcome in that all of the plumbing was concealed under my deck.
