John Morel came in almost one half the cost. The other company wanted to do extra things do do the job, seems that was to make it easier on him. John proved that it was not necessary. Although it was more work for them, John suggested an alternative approach to the job which resulted in a much more pleasing outcome in that all of the plumbing was concealed under my deck. So, I finally got permission to seek my own plumber to install a new water heater. Arthur was extreme responsive everytime I had to ask for additional paperwork (required by the warranty company). He was quick to schedule and quick getting the job done. During the install, he discovered a venting issue that was not up to code. He quickly resolved this issue at a very reasonable price.
