"Arrived and got started right away. I paid him upfront and had to shower and change to head out for evening. I received pictures taken of a portion of the duct, was disappointed I could not see to the end of the vent clean out. My other concern is how the service tech left the dryer vent curled up and partially crushed as he put the dryer back in place, and then took this picture to display it. It would seem obvious that once you saw the vent like that you would correct it. Not happy with that."

He answered the phone himself, and told me he could be at my house in two hours! I received a text when he was on his way and promptly arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what he could do to fix it and gave me a price which was surprisingly reasonable. I gave him the go ahead and he fixed the issue within the hour. Removed the wet insulation around the main trunk ducts, inspected inside and out for mold, debris. Cleaned the ducts and air handler, rewrapped with new insulation, sprayed with antimicrobial mist to prevent mold. Provided us with photos and updates throughout process so we could assess with them what to do. Communication with all employees in office and onsite very professional and thorough.
