He had plenty of props with him that he used to explain how MHI's solution would address my concerns. Low pressure and very knowledgeable. The installation team was very good and efficient. I was impressed. I was particularly pleased that they agreed to take my chimneys down and insulate the flues before covering the chimneys with new wood. I know I was in a tight location and was impressed with their efforts to minimize the damage to my landscaping and the neighbors' property. Great job! Thank you."

"Hired Bucco's to do an emergency tarping when a tree fell on my house while waiting for insurance to approve a repair because they made a lot of promises that they'd be able to stop the water and get my roof "water tight". First off, they don't seem to understand what an emergency is because they took a week to first get out while it rained almost every day and I had water pouring through my roof. Once they finally got it on, it rained again the next and sure enough, water starts pouring through the roof again. I send them a text and they say "yeah, we'll send someone back out". Another week goes by while it rains every other day and they finally get out to adjust the tarp. Two days later, it rains again, and once again, water starts pouring through the roof into the house. Text them again, and they tell me "oh well, flat roofs are tricky" and then never come back out. Luckily another company was able to push me up on their schedule"

"I really couldn’t be any less satisfied with my experience with B & E Roofing. My roof began leaking in 2018 and I gave the job to B & E. Two years later, after finding black mold along the wall in my son’s closet, I realized my brand new roof was leaking in an entirely different location from the original leak. Long story short, I had B & E come back to my house 3 times, each time they promised me it was fixed, and now almost another year later, it is still leaking. I will be calling another roofing company tomorrow morning to come out and see what they think (I have since had this other company replace my garage roof and they did a fabulous job…and it doesn’t leak). "I am completely disappointed with the quality of work this company did. I had expensive gutter guard installed several years prior to the roofing replacement. Care was not taken to remove the guard during the project. In fact, the guard was removed from my property and I had to call to have them return it and replace it. Most of the replacement was done after dark using only a headlamp. The results are terrible and portions of gutter guard are now non-functional. There were other small problems also. I have called and left multiple messages with Kirk and none have been returned. If you were considering hiring this company, please contact me."
