I had siding installed roughly 3 years ago. I had initial issues with sloppy work and poor attention to detail. I actually had water come into my electric service panel because they didnt seal around the entrance properly. I was charged for siding removal which they did not do they just covered the old. When the installer came back he mentioned I should have been happy with the results based on how the house looked before.. If I just wanted it to look better than before I wouldnt have hired what I thought was a professional company.. On to my current issue. I have been trying to request a service call for over 5 months. I had a piece of siding warp and turn up on its side exposing the house. Since then 2 panels have blown off. I get the run around every time I call. And recently I feel like I'm blatently being lied to. Ive spoke with the manager multiple times tried to reach the owner. One of the employees told me he was in jail and thats why the company is in a chaotic state. Every time I call they take my info and say I'll get a return call and not once has that happened. Ive made efforst to contact them on an almost weekly basis over the last 20 weeks. It seems after they get your money they do not care one bit about the customer. Please be very cautious if you are considering using this company. Look up reviews look up magistrate records. I am definately not the only person who is dissatisfied with this company. This review is for both the Brownsville and Castle Shannon location. They were both involved in this project.

I’m going into the 3rd month and job is still not complete. The new roof was not completed and was done wrong that another crew had to come and try to fix all the mistakes. The skylights that first came did not fit , the next set was the wrong color shade. They didn’t clean up or cover anything that’s was stated in the contract. The old shingles where thrown off the roof hitting the house in many spots, doing damage. They did not try to fix anything but wanted final payment. This will be in court.

I did a lot of research and there higher priced window while still reasonable is actually decent quality. I have had no problem with the 3 windows in the basement. The 4 windows in the family room are a different story. The screens weren't made properly and it took several calls to get new ones. While this was a manufacturing issue, it could have been handled better by the company. The installer didn't measure the windows properly and there were gaps that they just covered up with the trim. I didn't realize this until I hired someone else to replace the trim. He had to spend a couple hours trying to seal the windows with spray foam. I was going to have them install 3 storm doors, but they wanted double what Lowes would have charged for the exact same door. To their credit they were willing to match Lowes price.

They did a very bad job. There was also a magnetic sweep that they were supposed to do that they didn't do also. They also left some extra shingles just laying on my picnic table when the work was completed.

It's only been year and the roof is leaking. A lot of shingles have been torn off by the skylights and every storm I loose more shingles. They were also supposed to put down some new boards and where the boards are at are leaking. Plus I am still to this day finding nails in my lawn and tractor tires from when they left. They were supposed to use magnetic rollers to pick up the nails but they obviously never did. Now that the roof is leaking, they say they'll call back but they never do. I have called them numerous times and they will not come out even though the roof is under warranty.

He came back and told me since I was ordering so many windows, he would give me a special price. I was to give him $1600 down and it had to be cash for this special. I paid them the money after withdrawing it from my bank and they put on the receipt that I had paid this. They were supposed to start work in the middle of January and they would be contacting me. A little after a month passed, I called them to see where they were at. I talked to Terry Vassar and he said they had trouble finding my order and he needed to call John Thomas to straighten things out. This was three days ago and I called again yesterday and today. I have yet to hear back from them. I want my money back.
