The first company stated they couldn’t find the leak, so they quoted me to basically have that whole section of the roof replaced, which was rather pricy. Mario was able to find the leaks right away, gave me an excellent price, and was able to jump on the roof and have it repaired right away. In addition, he took care of cleaning out my gutters, fixing my one downspout, and trimming around the house where it was pressing against the gutter on the one end of the roof.
