"They were the lowest bidder, but bid the job based on my description and pictures without actually seeing the roof (it s like many others in the area). It took a while to finally get on the schedule due to rain pushing back other jobs, which is understandable. The work took about 90 minutes for 2 people, replaced flashing and several slates. They said the roof was in bad shape, which didn t give me a good feeling that the leak was fixed, and would provide an estimate for a new roof - after putting on the new flashing. I guess I feel like if they had seen the roof before the bid, we might have had a different job. Still waiting for a substantial rain to see if leak has stopped. I ll update if I m able."

"After extensive research in finding a roofing contractor to repair and replace our roof, we chose Perfect Roofing and Siding. The sales rep, Carlo, was very informative and explained all the steps involved with the project. Our biggest concern was the fact that part of our roof is a large flat roof over the front porch, which several other contractors were reluctant to deal with.
