"We hired John to replace and expand our deck. We knew from the first meeting with John that he was a very experienced, professional, and honest contractor. He was very easy to work with, got back to us in a timely manner with any questions or concerns, and worked within our budget. We also were extremely impressed that he himself actually did a lot of the work and was on sight most of the time with his team to oversee things! Our Trex deck could not have turned out more beautiful and we would highly recommend John for any job you need done!"

"Original date to start job was 11/13/24. 11/20/24 I texted and asked what happened. He said he would start the job on Monday, 12/2/24. 12/9/24 got an email that he would be coming the next day, 12/10/24. Then, he received an email that it was too cold to install rails, and he would come on 12/24/24. Rails were installed, and Dominic stressed he needed to receive the balance of the invoice. I asked him when he would remove the boulder. He had to get back to me. 2/21/25 Dominic said he would come the first week in March 2025 to remove the boulder. I contacted Dominic again via text on 4/1/25, got a message on 4/2/25 that Dominic would come next week to remove the boulder. Got a message 4/10/25 that Dominic would come the following week to remove. At some point after this, when it was not done, I spoke with Dominic, and he proceeded to talk over me and said he was not going to remove the boulder."

"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. "First and foremost what a wonderful job was done by D&M Properties did rebuilding my deck. This was the first major project I have done to my home since buying it where I was extremely apprehensive as to what the experience would be like from friends and colleagues sharing stories about contractors lack of commitment and reliability once they secured a “job.” Let me just share that Andrew with his son Daryn, never missed an appointment and kept me in the loop on a daily basis if weather was going to play a factor in progress to build my deck as well as taking pictures every day when I had to leave my home. My deck was old and starting to rot where Andrew suggested a composite product which requires minimal maintenance. He also made recommendations but ultimately let me make the final call. I found being candid with this military veteran delivered the best communication style and shared my skepticism, Andrew never let me down and delivered the project one day earlier than anticipated.
