I'm glad that business is going so well for your company that you can operate with a business model that does not put a premium on customer satisfaction. They installed and raised the steel reinforcement fencing into the middle of the concrete to make sure that the finished concrete driveway was strong. The preparation and finishing of the concrete was exactly as he stated it would be completed. He delayed concrete pouring for expected rain and freezing temperatures, as he should.
