"The Gormans had a difficult service call for me to perform because of an open neutral at a receptacle outside the home, and also another open neutral at a receptacle inside the home, which was inside an enclosed porch. Long story short, we looked hard for the wiring that was leaving the basement panel, to both of those two receptacles that had no neutrals and did not find the the electrical issue to remedy the problem, because we both agreed that there had to be a “ buried”or unaccessible junction box hidden behind drywall, so that we couldn’t find the electrical issue to remedy the problem. We agreed to run new circuits to where both of those receptacles were located and blank cover those boxes where the other receptacles with the bad neutrals were located. When it came time to add up all the hours that I had spent performing their service call and also installing the two new circuits with receptacles, the [Member Name Removed]‘s and I worked on that together, and agreed on a final total amount to be paid. This job was performed in late August of 2023 and not February 2024 when they decided to review this job performance."
