Kirk worked very slow. He arrived timely, but happened to know our neighbor and chatted with him for atleast a half hour. Shortly afterwards, he left for lunch or to meet another customer to sign paperwork . He included this time away on our invoice. Very disappointing. Also, we need to contact him tomorrow because the light he fixed will not turn off.

Great!!! Kirk saved us a ton of money and helped us figure out our problem over the phone, graciously without charging us a service call. We will definitely call Kirk and recommend him for any electrical needs in the future!

Kirk arrived when he said he would. He inspected the old recepticles, explained what needed done and completed the job in a timely and professional maner. He was friendly and easy to talk to. I would definetly hire Kirk again for any eléctricas job I would need!

He was able to complete what we wanted to be done, however, he worked slowly. Also, my husband caught him trying to add extra hours to the bill.

Went extremely well. Responded to the initial phone call the same day. Asked several questions about what the problems were and gave an estimate. He scheduled the work for the next day and gave a 2 hour window for when he would arrive. He called before the scheduled arrival time to let me know he would arrive about a half hour outside of that window. He was courteous and efficient. Completed the work for less than estimated . I will call for any future electrical needs.

Kirk was able to get me an estimate the next day from when he contacted me. His quote was very fair and I proceeded to hire him ahead of four other quotes for the same work. Kirk went above and beyond in contacting the electric service co., Dealing with the inspector and completing the install. He was very knowledgeable about the work and I would highly recommend him for any electrical work.

Kirk helped me to understand how a bad ground or neutral might be contributing to my problem.

With water heater Kirk showed me exactly what the wiring problem was, and then showed me how he fixed it. New smoke detectors and deck light definitely updated the home.

Kirk was able to respond quickly to the work, explained several options. He did a professional job and was witin his quoted price.

Kirk did an excellent job of installing the automatic switch for the generator. He also had to disassemble the breaker box and add a separate neutral bar to meet code. He also had to rewire the meter mains and the breaker box mains. Kirk took care of the coordination with the power company and the inspector. Kirk is an excellent electrician. He thinks ahead and get the work done in logical steps to allow the power to be restored each day. He works efficiently and doesn’t charge for breaks or lunch. Kirk is trustworthy and fair on his price. I will hire him again for future work. Thanks Kirk!!!

Kirk was timely in his response to my request for a quote and was able to review our request & provide a quote, order materials and get us on his schedule annd finish installation within a couple of weeks. Kirk’s work inside the panel was very clean and was a “night & day” difference from our original panel.

After finding Kirk on the "Net"for some help with an electrical problem at my house, I was very surprised that the first time I called he answered his phone. This is the first problem you have with some of these companies, finding someone to answer the phone. After explaining the problem and sending him some photos, Kirk called me right back and requested to visit my house that evening to assess the problem. He determined that the electrical box and the outside line containing the electrical meter both needed replaced. Both were over 60 years old. I also had the service upgraded to 200 amps. We agreed on a price, witch was also reasonable, and I signed the contract that evening. Imagine, the same day I call someone for help, I get help and have a contract that evening, unheard of today. Kirk was on the job within a week, put 2 days into this job and a lot of hours. His work is impeccable. From mounting the outside line in 2 inch conduit to mounting the box inside the garage spaced away from the concrete wall to prevent any excess moisture entering the box, to the wiring of the box with the older BX wiring, the job Kirk did was nothing short of excellent. I have no reservations in recommending Kirk to do any type of electrical work for anyone. His years of experience and quality of work, in addition to his detail orientation are a rarity in today's work force. He also uses quality materials. I am more than happy I found him for this job, in addition to the fact that he will answer any questions you may have, Kirk is one of the nicest people I have ever met ! God bless him !

I was go grateful that not only did they fix the problem within minutes over the phone, they also didn’t charge me. I was having such a stressful day and it was such a relief to talk to a helpful person who was only interested in making a call to charge money. I like honest and helpful folks! I would recommend them and use them again!
