I hired Concerto specifically because I spoke with Bob, and it was apparent that he not only understood the issue we were dealing with, but also that I would feel comfortable with him repairing my 90-year-old mother s computer. I also liked that he charged a flat rate. We weren t sure whether we were going to need to replace the computer entirely and I didn t want to spend hundreds of dollars on repair that could have gone into a new computer. Bob was able to fix the desktop computer within a couple of hours and all was well.

Bob was great and affordable. I have two younger boys, that enjoy computer gaming. We started out with basic gaming computers which worked well until about a year later. I have never dealt with computer gaming upgrades before so this was a new experience. Bob did not take advantage of that! He was very honest, polite and knowledgeable. I explained that my kids need both computers cleaned, upgraded with more space and speed. He started the day he came, checking out the computers, then letting me know his recommendations with pricing. He took both computers to upgrade and brought them back when finished. Even offering to hook them both back up. Most importantly the upgrades were for Xmas gifts. Bob had them done before Xmas, even working doing the holiday season while his family was visiting. My kids are very happy with the upgrades, they have a lot more space and no lagging. I can't say enough good things about Bob and his work! Thanks Bob You helped make Xmas computer perfect!

Bob is a pleasure to deal with. He did a terrific job at a great price. We needed to have a data cable installed along the outside of our townhouse that went from the far end of the basement, through the house, then along the roof to the second floor on the other side of the house, and it had to be done strictly in accordance with our homeowner's association requirements. While it may not sound like much on paper, it was a challenging full day's work. Bob did a professional job, and I would recommend him to others without hesitation.

Bob was incredibly courteous and professional. Due to some weird construction aspects of our house, Bob had to spend 2 - 3x the number of hours he planned to in installing network wiring. Despite this, and my offer to pay more than the original estimate, he stood by his original quote and wouldn't take any more - unheard of! That aside, the work was clean and unobtrusive - I couldn't even figure out how he had run the wiring. Bob was also very quiet and non-intrusive the entire time he was in our home - I hardly knew he was there. I couldn't ask for more!!!

Did a difficult job setting up a network in our old house - lines had to be run outside, down to the basement and back up. Network works perfectly. Installation took far longer than we had expected, requiring work on a second day. Price was quite reasonable, considering the amount of work involved. Would have been nice to get an estimate of time that might be required for the installation in advance. Otherwise, I am very satisified and would highly recommend his work.

Did a great job on an unusual repair. My cat removed a bunch of keys from my laptop keyboard and Concerto Networks were able to locate replacement parts and properly install them in a timely manner.
