His communication and professionalism is the best of any contractor I have worked with EVER! He updated me continuously and had great follow-up. While installing a new roof John is onsite with his team. They do a great job and their clean up is meticulous! I see why he is selected for a service award! His price was very competitive (I got 4 estimates)! He even beat Amish contractors in the area. He comes with Excellent Communication, Warranty for his products, and also a labor/service Warranty -you can't beat that. I highly recommend!"

"Everything went well. Gary and his crew were great! They all treated me with respect and worked very hard. We're extremely happy with the deck. There are a few rough spots that I would've liked to get fixed, but what was done had to be done I guess. The only real problem I had, was the owner. I messaged him to see if the cosmetic repairs could be fixed. He bypassed everything I told him and made an excuse for the decks cosmetics. And questioned why I was calling 2 weeks later and complaining. Well we don't sit there 24/7. And of course sitting there, you notice little things that are imperfect. Yes, I did agree when I t was completed, to do an inspection myself, but again, you notice more, when you are actually sitting there. He did however, agree to fix what was wrong. However, I never received a warranty nor a written guarantee, for a $16,000 deck. If we need construction again, I would recommend asking for Gary and his crew, to do the job!! !"
