Tim was extremely instrumental in in the design and layout of my remodel. He is a perfectionist which makes his work not only excellent but if we ran in to a issue or probe was able to come up with alternatives. Tim is a true craftsman which is rare these days. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else going they this project with me. Thank you Tim!

Great... a lot of work and got it done really fast

Tim did a fantastic job. The work he did is beautiful. My bathroom looks like it came right out of a magazine. Tim is a perfectionist who only does the best of work.

We like the bid and their conduct so far. Just waiting to hear back for references. 

He did a very good job explaining things and has been very responsive. His communication has been good also.

Job went very well. We had hot humid rainy days the whole time but Tim's crew worked through it all. The new roof is gorgous and the work was incomparable. I was so impressed that I hired them to remodel my bathroom as well.

Took a while between getting the estimate and time for the actual work to begin. Apparently this business is very popular. They had to remove very messy old roofing first. That took a while. New roofing was applied quickly and neatly. Applied aluminum sheathing over old fascia. Tim and assistant were cheerful and polite. I thought $2520 was a little expensive until I saw how much work removing the old roofing required. Cleaned up well. They did not put on the gutters, but subcontracted that. I would definitely hire them again.

It went very well!! Tim was an excellent contractor to work with throughout this project....I had no idea how much was involved with re-modeling a bathroom, but Tim was always so willing to help with anything I asked of him. He also had many different ideas to share with me. 

His work ethic is top notch! He is a perfectionist and it very much shows in his work performance.

Will definitely be using Tim in the future for other projects we will need done.

This work was required by the City of Meadville.  They pulled permits and ensured that all required inspections were obtained.  In addition to the required sidewalk repair/replacement they also repaired a set of concrete steps.  Throughout the process they maintained contact and kept me informed. 

I have used their services in the past and wouldn't hesitate to contact them for any future need.

I saw bad reviews but the contractors explanation and apologetic response caused me to believe he must be someone who sincerely tries and just had made a mistake. Pinko came out quickly for first appointment to see project. After that he became Mia...always promising to get the bid complete but constantly, over a month, coming up with excuses and tales of how his step father was being horribly unfair to him ....this man is in his 40-50s! I never did get a bid and would certainly never use him. Last phone call he said we were not willing to spend enough money so it was my fault. Odd, since we spent almost double his estimated price with a wonderful contractor who did a great job for us.

Having contacted two other construction companies/contractors to no avail, we were very thankful to find Tim Panko, Jr.  He was willing to perform a variety of interior and exterior construction/project requests for us.  Tim is very professional, his workers are courteous and diligent.  Tim was easy to talk to, would answer my many questions/comments and then give his professional advice.  He and his team were punctual and took into consideration my husband?s health issues and needs when scheduling the construction/projects.  Some of the projects were ?fix-it? projects that my husband was no longer able to do, Tim was willing to take care of these for us as well.  We highly recommend Tim Panko and his team.

Job was bigger than expected and because of that the Price was more that anticipated.  I was very Happy with the work that was completed and would recommend.

Highly recommend. They arrived promptly for the estimate. We accepted the estimate and then changed the work required. They were very flexible, did a great job. Cleaned up after themselves each day, very polite, and did a very nice job. I strongly recommend and they will be my first call on future remodels.
