"After 2+ years of researching, getting quotes and attempting an in-house repair (which we found was way beyond our capability) we were blessed with A Plus Concrete & Foundation Repair. Two of our Deacons meet with owner Gary who upon inspection recommended a course of action for our concrete restoration and preservation which some contractors wanted just to replace our concrete for upwards of $48,000.00. After reviewing A Plus's proposal our Deacon Board unanimously voted to hire A Plus Concrete to restore & preserve our conrete entryway, sidewalks and steps. On day one job foreman Joe was one time, professional and reviewed the entire project, the workers were mindful of our Robinson Township Christian School students and busses. I was impressed and please how Joe cordinated the project and lead their team during our concrete restoration project which took 3 1/2 days to complete. We are very pleased with the work A Plus did and for our project it comes with a full two year warranty and support years down the road giving us one less maintenance item off our fairly full plate as we maintain for our church facility. "I contacted Brad and his company after I had become frustrated with the dozens of other contractors who were trying to use a difficult situation that I am in for a quick buck.  He promised me he would be different from the others and he did not disappoint.  Not only did Brad agree to help me with resolving the conflict that arose from the damages,  but he also submitted the best estimate of the contractors I had spoken with.  
Brad carefully looked over all of my damages and concerns, answered all of my questions, took detailed notes and even photographed the problems and explained to me the causes and repairs that would be needed.  He went out of his way to accommodate requests that I made.  He came across to me as an honest, hard working and devoted owner/operator.  
I am not one to always go with the smallest estimate as I firmly believe the motto "you get what you pay for."  Although with Brad, I don't feel that to be true.  He provided me the best estimate out of the large stack of estimates I had received and his professionalism and knowledge during the consult has given me confidence that he will provide excellent services and that he takes pride in his work after the job.  
When the time comes, I will be using Brad Kidd Construction for this job and I will consider him for the dozens of other projects I would like done in the next 2-3 years.  Coming across a professional contractor who is honest, hard-working and does quality work is a rarity.  But I think I have stumbled onto someone here who is just that.  I look forward to updating this review later on with including the quality of his work.

"The lead issue was a major concern for us. Of the various contractors, they were the only ones very familiar with guidelines and how to do it. Upstairs was sealed off and we lived downstairs for the duration (we have a 2 yrs old and I'm pregnant, so we were quite careful). Lead tests were all negative. My 2 year old had his lead test about 2-3 weeks after the job was finished, and his levels were totally normal (levels at which they cannot accurately detect). Our upstairs is completely different now. The floors have the original wood showing instead of tacky paint, the rooms are all painted in new colors, trim looks great, and the walls in our room make it look like a new house. Hanging the door was tricky given the uneven frame, but they work perfectly and look good. I will say there were minor mistakes made at various points along the way (some floor finish splashed on the bottom wall trim upstairs, a bit of wallpaper removed from tape where upstairs was sealed off) but these are very minor. We are extremely pleased with the results and will use them again in the future!"

"Excellent! John made the whole process easy. I live remotely (in GA) and had to replace a roof on my mom's house in order to sell it. Timing was critical and John worked with me. His communication and professionalism is the best of any contractor I have worked with EVER! He updated me continuously and had great follow-up. While installing a new roof John is onsite with his team. They do a great job and their clean up is meticulous! I see why he is selected for a service award! His price was very competitive (I got 4 estimates)! He even beat Amish contractors in the area. He comes with Excellent Communication, Warranty for his products, and also a labor/service Warranty -you can't beat that. I highly recommend!"
