Exceptional, Awesome and Deserve to be Recognized! Affordable Builders helped us with what a terrible contractor did in the beginning that we fired and then hired Affordable Builders. Ed Luchey, his sons and all his guys have done very profession work and went way beyond. They built us a new beautiful front porch with cedar lumber, stamped concrete, standing seam metal roof, board and batten siding and windows. Every person that we have come in contact with that works for Affordable Builders has been exceptional! These guys are awesome and deserve to be recognized! This is the third time using Affordable Builders this year. They took down an old patio roof and put up a new one with a metal roof. Also enclosed 2 sides with vinyl siding and skirting of the roof. Vinyl ceiling and cover on posts. Excellent company that is timely and definitely affordable and skilled in their trade. Two days and the work was completed. We are so pleased.

Affordable Builders did a complete overhaul on our garage. Black metal roof, gray vinyl siding, four replacement windows, and built a storage shed on the back of garage. Excellent work done in a timely manner. Edwin Lauchey is great with communicating and keeping you informed on the project. This makes the second time we have used them in the last two months.

We had an area which we used for an office in our basement, and Affordable Builders remodeled and put a full bathroom with shower in a fast and timely manner.. Their work is impeccable, very attentive to our requests, and they aim to please.

All workers were very nice. They did excellent work removing old shed and installing new concrete floor and garage. Work was done as scheduled and cleanup was complete. We were extremely pleased with how well all aspects of the project went.

This is a very respectful company of dad and sons, they did exactly what they said they would do and more they did a couple different jobs for me and anything I need done in the future they will definitely be doing it, very grateful to have come across affordable builders

An excellent team of a father and his boys. Super responsive, quality work, no complaints when I asked for additional things as I thought of them. They built a new wall for my back deck as well as added a gate (been wanting that for years) as well as a completely new staircase for the front of my house. All of their work was done quickly but neatly. They cleaned up well, minding that I have dogs (so no loose screws or scrap around). They are exactly who they say they are. Affordable builders <3
