"We had them install a water heater in Dec 2022. Since them all faucets in the house are sputtering when using hot water -- a problem commonly associated with faulty installation of new hot water heaters. We contacted Tudi, but they refuse to come and check their installation without us payong a 100$ fee -- to check their own work! We probably should have gone with any big box store to install the water heater -- cheaper and same customer service."

I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

Recently we needed a water main shut off valve replaced; we tried McKean’s plumbing and heating for this project. The plumber showed up on time, completed the replacement quickly, replaced an additional toilet shut off valve and did a fill tower swap out for me. He was highly efficient and completed all the tasks in about 1.5 hours and respected my home while he was there. McKean’s will be my go-to plumbing company from here on out. "Good at first and the crew was very professional during the installation. However, there was follow up work that needed done and that is where the dissatisfaction begins. The work was performed in an gutted upstairs that was in the process of being renovated which took longer than expected (from a divorce). Anyway, I later identified one of the Unico vents to a bedroom was not hooked up (and still not hooked up). Brandon gave his word that when the renovation is complete, to give him a call to finish installing the vents to the tubes. Upon requesting completion of the installation, he wanted to charge a service fee. I am sorry but this is not how you treat customers by not honoring one's word on a $10k job."
