"We had them install a water heater in Dec 2022. Since them all faucets in the house are sputtering when using hot water -- a problem commonly associated with faulty installation of new hot water heaters. We contacted Tudi, but they refuse to come and check their installation without us payong a 100$ fee -- to check their own work! We probably should have gone with any big box store to install the water heater -- cheaper and same customer service."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. Recently we needed a water main shut off valve replaced; we tried McKean’s plumbing and heating for this project. The plumber showed up on time, completed the replacement quickly, replaced an additional toilet shut off valve and did a fill tower swap out for me. He was highly efficient and completed all the tasks in about 1.5 hours and respected my home while he was there. McKean’s will be my go-to plumbing company from here on out. "Good at first and the crew was very professional during the installation. However, there was follow up work that needed done and that is where the dissatisfaction begins. The work was performed in an gutted upstairs that was in the process of being renovated which took longer than expected (from a divorce). Anyway, I later identified one of the Unico vents to a bedroom was not hooked up (and still not hooked up). Brandon gave his word that when the renovation is complete, to give him a call to finish installing the vents to the tubes. Upon requesting completion of the installation, he wanted to charge a service fee. I am sorry but this is not how you treat customers by not honoring one's word on a $10k job."
