"Please keep in mind it is never our intention to have an unsatisfied customer. We pride ourselves on fair and reasonable business as the other reviews indicate. We started this Unico installation in the summer of 2017. Circumstances during the construction caused ongoing delays and additional trips for us. These were not included in our proposal although we did absorb the additional expense of not only the extra trips but extending the pipe on the second floor when you requested we relocate the pipe. That work was scheduled almost 2 yrs ago in Feb. 2019. When you contacted us yesterday to schedule yet another trip, we felt it more than fair to assess a very minimal service fee to make yet another trip 3 1/2 years after this job began and the potential of additional expenses. I’m sorry this annoyed you and our conversation was cut short. Please feel free to contact me with the hope of a resolution we can both be comfortable with. Thank you Brandon Poeschel"

"There are times we have to wait for certain weather conditions to exist or several furnace cycles to be sure the problem is rectified. If there is any question, our service tech will recommend using the furnace for several days to see if it operates satisfactorily before charging the customer.
