"I will start off with the initial dealing with MHI Roofing in Bethel Park PA. Our Condo Community had all the roofs on 6 buildings of total 39 units re shingled in June of 2024 to the tune of nearly $140,000. They were fast and efficient. However, a few weeks down the road we had some issues with items that should have been done as requested. Called the Site Supervisor, Cam Kinnee, submitted the service request, and it took over a month to get this service done and completed. A few weeks later, we had heavy winds and a flue cap blow off, mind you, these flue caps were original from 1974 and were in horrible shape. They should have been replaced, but MHI just painted the old ones. So, I contact Cam Kinnee again, he schedules service, this took another month to get this taken care of, or so I thought. Fast forward to January 2025, some winds blew another flue cap off, I contacted Cam Kinnee once more, he was unable to do anything, as he was in a training class. During my wait for him to return my message from Jan 22, 2025 to Feb 3, 2025. Still not service on the first flue cap by the way!... March 11, 2025 another flue cap on another unit had blown off. I contacted Cam once again, he said he would let his office know. I get a response from Cam informing me that he no longer works for MHI Roofing. Since then I have called MHI numbers about 20 times at MHI Office in Mt Lebanon, I have left messages, no returned calls, no one answers the phone... I am so frustrated with MHI. If you plan to use this company... Please reconsider... Once they have your money they do not service their work! Very disappointed! BEWARE OF MHI!!"

"Justin, Stem to Stone , was very articulate, polished and professional. From quotation to acceptance to completion. Arriving on time, working hard, rain ,or sun, carrying buckets of stone to our hillside from his trailer, whooping total 27 ton. Never any complaints only pleasantries and work status. Cleaning up every day before leaving and updating status. We have had several landscapers, but Justin was the only one that stood to his work and word. And created a beautiful rock hillside for us. "I am 61 Y.O. and have dealt with many roofers and contractors over the years. Many of them exceptional. But Dan Mulkern and his crew top the list, by far, as the nicest, but more importantly, the most competent contractor I have EVER dealt with. Dan and his crew arrived and got right to work replacing my roof power vent fan. Watching them I noticed they took extra but very simple step for safety. I asked Dan if while he was here on the roof and had the ladder out, if he could fix a few other issues on my home not related to the roof. He happily agreed and did that work with more skill and detail than I could have done. Once Dan had the roof power vent in, it worked but the fan would not automatically turn off with the humidistat and thermostat. Dan arranged for an electrician to come to my home the next day. There ended up being an issue in the new fan’s controls, but the electrician quickly found the issue and corrected it. Dan followed up with me numerous times to confirm the electrician will contact me to set up an appointment and then to confirm the electrician did call. He also called to confirm the electrician’s work was done and to my satisfaction. I have never had a contractor stay in touch and keep me updated on the process as much as Dan did. I could not be happier with the work Dan Mulkern did for me. I have never felt a higher level of trust for a contractor as I do for Dan and his company. I rarely recommend anyone to friends and have never written an online review, but I will have no problem recommending Mulkern Roofing."

"The job was not done to my satisfaction. I asked for cleanups in areas and they didn?t do what I asked until I spoke up. They also didn?t do a great job making it look finished. After 2 weeks, ground cover was growing back and the owners response was for me to use weed killer. I also was charged more when a section wasn?t cleaned out that I initially asked to be cleaned out. Lots of misunderstandings and miscommunication. The owner also did not provide an invoice for the job which I felt was unprofessional. After I asked for something in writing, he wrote a list on a piece of paper, had me sign it, then handed it back to me. Left a bad taste in my mouth, and I ended up finishing the job to make it look good. "

"Service was fine. My house was washed. A year and a half later charged $200 because I didn't do more business with them. Had a tech out too as they continuously called me to schedule service making me believe had purchased an annual power wash. Guy came out said it was just a sales call so I sent him away. If I'd been informed while he was here that it I didn't act before a certain date I would be charged I would've been able to make a more educated decision."
