Excellent! They were on time and professional.

I called Fairfield on 4/16/2019 to request a quote for tree removal and landscaping services. I spoke to someone who assured me they would call back with a quote. It is now 4/29/19 and I have received no return call. There are several other reviews stating they are unresponsive and I guess I now know that’s true. I know it’s busy season but it’s very unprofessional to not even call back a potential customer to schedule something when it is less busy.

We were very happy overall. Despite it being the day after a major windstorm they still came ahead of schedule. They cleared the branches and cleaned the area. Looking at the area now you couldn’t tell such a large branch fell. We’ll definitely use them again for future jobs.

The crew arrived early and did all the required work in a day. They cleaned up as they. Very professional and fast. Would recommend to anyone looking for these services.

Super, they did a great job and also advised on additional areas of concern that needed to be addressed. As they had the time, they performed those at minimal additional charge.

It started, they came out when we had the storms and the trees. We had two huge oak trees, they were wonderful clearing them away. Then they came back and pruned out big oaks twice. Now they are doing our lawn care. I am very happy with them. They are a little more expensive than what I was paying but I think it is going to be a better result.

We used their very knowledgeable team last year for tree pruning. They did a wonderful job and left the property spotless. We have since started using them for lawn care. They check in with us before each application and answer any questions we may have.

They provided a quote. We indicated we wanted to have the work done with some modifications. Mark came out to look at our property a second time and said he would get back with some recommendations. He never followed up and stopped returning my calls. We ended up wasting slot of time with Fairfield and gave now engaged another company. It's always disappointing when a company does not follow up and do what they say they will do.

They've been so responsive and they've done a good job for us.

On a five star rating system I would give them six! Scott and his crew were punctual, professional, cordial and left my yard looking better than it did when they arrived. No yard damage. Very thorough and diligent. Their quote was mid range of the three quotes I received. Very good job at a very reasonable price.

I called Fairfield on Monday, April 18, 2016, to request a quote for landscaping at my Bethel Park home. The company had completed the landscaping work for the previous owners of my home. When I called, I was forwarded to the landscaping department and had to leave a message on voice-mail. After receiving no response to my message, I called back the following day, Tuesday, to speak with someone. I spoke with Mark and he stated that he would review the work completed previously and would call me back the next morning (Wednesday) with a quote. I waited for the call on Wednesday and no call came. So, that evening, I called Fairfield, no one answered so I was forced to leave another message. Again, no I received no call back. So, jump to today, Thursday, April 21, 2016 and still no call back. I decided to again call Fairfield to speak with Mark and was told by Sue that Mark was out of the office. I explained the situation; that I had been waiting since Monday for a quote. Sue said she would give my message to Mark to have him call me as soon as possible. After waiting 4 days and seemingly being given the runaround, I told Sue that I did not have a "warm and fuzzy" feeling about the company and was going to request a quote elsewhere. Sue stated that this is the busiest time of year, etc. Honestly, this was just excuses.. If a company can't take the time to call a prospective customer, I don't think that says a lot about their reliability and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

from beginning to end, they (Brandon) were eager for my business. friendly, punctual, professional. I was amazed at how thorough they were with the cleanup.....we had not even discussed it and I was expecting to do it myself. best estimate of 4 top tree service providers I called from Angies List. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

These guys did a great job. They were there at 7:30 am and were done by noon. Everything was clean, no damage to my property and they worked hard. Can't say enough about them!

Fairfield was very professional. They arrived in the morning and took down the tree. I had some special requests around the wood which they performed. That afternoon they returned to grind the stumps out and used the grinder to give us 2 holes to put some new trees in which help out a lot. For value and quality of work, I would use them again.

My complaint does not lie with these services. In fact, I was so thrilled with the professionalism and quick response of the tree service, that I called to have some more landscaping done. Mark Englart, the company salesman, came to my house and assured me that they could help with our issue. He said he would contact their tree expert and between the two of them would come up with an estimate regarding and redesign and clean-up of a large area of our property. He said he would get back to me in a week with some proposal/design. That was the 1st week of July. Two months later I have not heard from him or the company. I have made 4 phone calls, talked with someone who reassured me they'd get my message to Mark, and still nothing. Yesterday my husband called and spoke with a different person who apologized and promised she would text him immediately. Still, nothing. We also inquired about weeding, which requires another contact person. I have received no word from them about that either. So I guess if you want tree service, this might be the place, but if you actually want to spend a lot of money, I guess Fairfield simply doesn't want your business, or is too busy to call and tell you that themselves. I am thoroughly disappointed because our previous landscaper skipped town and is no where to be seen and will not answer his phone either. You'd think with this drought a landscaping company would be begging for business, but I guess not.

They did the job very professionally as scheduled and cleaned up well. I would definitely use this company again.

Fairfield was pleasant, professional and responsive from my first contact until the job was complete. I am engineering manager who is detailed and has high expectations. I gave Fairfield a month to complete the work. They finished in 10 days. The crew of four worked hard for about 6 hours. The job was completed to perfection as well as safely. I thought the quote was high at first. I got a 2nd quote showing that Fairfield was competitive. I feel they earned every penny that I paid them. THey will be my first and only call if I need tree removal service in the future.

I had contacted Fairfield on 6/11/2015 and received a quote (incl a 10% Angies List discount). Fairfield called in the beginning of the week of July 13th and wanted to schedule work for Thursday (16th). This was not convenient and I asked them to come on Friday. They agreed and showed up early Friday morning. They performed the work as agreed and cleaned up all debris. It was necessary to use my neighbor's property to access some trees. I had cleared this with neighbor before hand. In the process, my neighbor's lawn suffered some unavoidable damage. Fairfield graded, seeded and mulched the damaged areas before leaving work site. Neighbor was satisfied with repair.

Very efficient and careful.
