By the time I finally got answers on that it was clear the project could not be delivered on as promised by sales at the pricing which was quoted due to end of federal solar subsidies. 2 months I tried to work in good faith with this company to find something which was agreeable to both myself and yellowlite. Unfortuantely, that did not come to pass. About 1 month ago prior to posting this review I was told this was to be handed over to their business unit for cancellation of the project. Since then Yellowlite has ignored any additional communication from us. I can assume for nothing else besides malice for expecting them to honor what their sales team has promised. "There was water in the basement. The plumbers came and said there was something clogging the drain and that the terra cotta sewer pipes had collapsed. They gave me an estimate to fix it. I was upset that it was so high and they asked for a down payment. I asked why it cost so much and they said they didn&amp;#39;t know the extent of the problem yet. They did come on Nov. 11th to fix it, but they left half of the concrete they dug up there. They didn&amp;#39;t have room in their truck because they had to go buy a hot water heater for someone else and while they were in Butler, they wanted to get it since they live in Karns City. About 2 or 3 days later they came and picked up the concrete, but they left dust all over the floor. They did not bring a shop vac, and they used my broom to clean up the dust. There are still pieces of concrete on the floor, the floor is dusty, and there is a sewer gas smell. I didn&amp;#39;t notice it right away because I had a sinus infection which impaired my sense of smell. One of them came out to fix it, but the smell came back. They have never come back after repeated calls. I only got a receipt for the down payment of $1368.75. I never got a receipt for the work done on Nov. 11th and no contract at all which they initially discussed. I don&amp;#39;t know if they charged me the balance of $2833.31 or only $1500 which was what came out of my bank account. My card wasn&amp;#39;t working right, so I may have paid the balance from another card. I want an accounting of the payment from Nov. 11th."

We contacted Tudi, but they refuse to come and check their installation without us payong a 100$ fee -- to check their own work! We probably should have gone with any big box store to install the water heater -- cheaper and same customer service."

"Talk about some great people. Had Joe do a sort of emergency job on Friday. The Cranberry water issue struck with a pin hole leak on my main supply line. While taking down ceiling tiles, I discovered the whole line had many green spots. He quickly fixed 20 feet of bad line with Pex lines and we are now back in business. Super nice and a great worker. Great price for the work with such short notice. Thanks, Reynolds Plumbing is on my list for all my plumbing needs!"

FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
