"We replaced the original roof on our house. I expressed my concerns about re-installation of the lightening rods to my roofer. We have had at least three direct hits since they were originally installed in 2013. My roofer called William who was very helpful. William offered to come out an make sure everything was 100% after re-installation. He came the day after I called and I'm glad he did. While the reinstall was the best he had seen (his words) there were issues after 5 year and 3 strikes that needed addressed. He fixed those and now I have a new roof and I am certain the lightening rods will work as intended. Highly recommend this company."

When I asked about his fees he said it is a free estimate, and than billed me for $65 service call and $188 total to swap out a 15 amp breaker in a electrical panel that had water leaking into it! Billed 1 hour of labor for 5-10 min job. Guess what?? his newly installed breaker tripped the next day and stopped working... from water dripping on it!!! REALLY? (We had another contractor take care of it). That is what happens when you install a breaker in a wet environment! He said it was dangerous and could cause a fire, but was unavailable to discuss on Friday- Sunday! We had a family moving in that day. I also asked him to quote replace 2 ceiling fans (we provide) replace 2 hard wired smoke alarms(5 min job) and 1 small rear porch light(we provide) Quote $500 for about 1.5 hours work that is $250 per hour or at $65/hr it would take approx. 5.7 hours to complete based on his estimate. (I am including fees for $65 service call and $ 60 for 2 smoke alarms). We are so unhappy and he refuses to reduce fees. Wonder what the PA Licensure will have to say?"
