He was knowledgeable about AC and electric, educating my husband and I regarding the different systems available, cost and efficiency. "Totally over charged on a quote when I had another electrician come and do they work for cheap and the right way. All the outlets that were checked when Shaun came out to check and give me a quote stopped working and almost lost everything in the fridge and freezer. If I was to let him do the work my house would have caught fire because there was a conjunction box in the ceiling that was getting to much power and melting and sparking. He never checked any of the boxes around the house. Sad what people do for money."

After the job was complete, I found I still didn’t have power in the wall. Now I’m being told it is a separate job and cost. All I’m told now is they can come out for a service call which is $212 plus whatever the issue is. This was a miscommunication error on Mr. Electrics side. I informed the tech about the problem and there was no testing on the wall afterwards. Very disappointed."

Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"
