We initially called the office, and were warmly greeted by Cori, the Office Manager, for pricing and availability as we wished to have the job completed in early October. Cori was very professional, extremely helpful, and her polite and friendly manner over the phone convinced us that we would choose CMG Landscaping for this service. She displayed such a positive attitude, communicated clearly and effectively, and went "above and beyond" to make us, the customers, feel valued and informed. When the crew showed up to perform the fall cleanup, they were very professional, hardworking, friendly, and on time. We were extremely satisfied with the results! "Carmelo and Miguel did a superb job at removing leaves from our yard. We took advantage of the "deal" for 2 hours of work by 2 men, and prioritized the most important areas to focus on. Carmelo and Miguel were terrific, they worked hard to get as much done as possible within the time frame, and were very amenable to focusing on the main areas we requested help with. One thing we did not realize was that the time required to take the leaves to the disposal area needed to come out of the total time allotted, so we weren't able to get everything completed as we had hoped, but the job was well done, and the price paid was worth hiring someone to do it. Definitely would like to employ their service in the future."

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He was professional and honest about what needed to be done. I was more then pleased with him and the company. I highly recommend .Chimneys are us."

The crew chief came out afterwards and noted soil settling where the irrigation work was completed, and that a tree and some shrubs were dying back. He talked about adding soil / seed because the settling was significant (obvious), and replacing plantings (trees / shrubs) that didn't fare well (tree trunk snapped by crew member and has been dying back since). I've contacted the crew chief who made the commitments, particularly since there is a warranty on plantings. Repeated calls and emails have not produced a result. So I strongly recommend avoiding this firm because they do not live to the commitments made."
