Chris is a top notch guy!

While Chris and the guys primarily work on commercial jobs, they were able to accommodate our residential project that rivaled (and perhaps surpasses) some commercial projects, and we are so grateful that they did! Chris and his crew helped us prune over 100 yards of overgrown hedges, level our yard, and move our tree line further back so we have more usable lawn. The team worked tirelessly for over a week, and were meticulous in restoring order to our much overgrown property. Highly recommend the team for the professionalism and ability to get the job done.

We had a lot of work completed on our home (read: an expensive job). We had a paver walkway installed. We had some irrigation work (ran downspouts underground to run off points) completed. We expanded gardens that didn't previously have any foundation plantings by adding trees and shrubs, and changed the outdoor lighting. The team was quick to secure and complete the work, but the problem has been the follow up / remediation. The crew chief came out afterwards and noted soil settling where the irrigation work was completed, and that a tree and some shrubs were dying back. He talked about adding soil / seed because the settling was significant (obvious), and replacing plantings (trees / shrubs) that didn't fare well (tree trunk snapped by crew member and has been dying back since). I've contacted the crew chief who made the commitments, particularly since there is a warranty on plantings. Repeated calls and emails have not produced a result. So I strongly recommend avoiding this firm because they do not live to the commitments made.

According to a Nation Wide Paver's Vendor, Green Ridge Landscaping, Inc. is not an authorized installer as they advertise that they are Certified Installer on their website, print advertisements and company truck. Therefore, the work Green Ridge Landscaping, Inc. provides is NOT eligible or the 3-year warranty with this corporation. The hardscaping project took 4 times as long as quoted and failed to meet expectations because of mismanagement, neglect and unsupervised workmen. Whenever we questioned the progress and work, Project Managers demeanor was unreceptive and intimidating and he pulled the men off the job as punishment. We were in constant fear that Green Ridge Landscaping, Inc. would just abandon the project. On the last day of the project, the Project Manager was on the job for only 20 minutes. This was the longest time he was on our project and the sole purpose of the visit was to complain and re-measure, intimidate and demand more money from us under threat of ripping everything out. Green Ridge Landscaping, Inc. did not properly grade yard and did not complete work to specifications. Water pools about a half inch because of improper grading on patio. We would definitely not recommend Green Ridge Landscaping, Inc. for services.

I wanted to thank you for sending someone out right away. You sure run one heck of a professional, honest company!! I am so impressed. Not too many people run a company the way you do.

He is really good in what he does. Is very professional and very nice guy.
